Morning Vow is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.

Morning Vow is a paid app with no free tier. Each plan below unlocks the whole app: a subscription for as long as it is active, Lifetime for good.

• Annual — a subscription that lasts 1 year, $39.99 per year. Starts with a 7-day free trial. Renews every year.
• Monthly — a subscription that lasts 1 month, $6.99 per month. Starts with a 7-day free trial. Renews every month.
• Lifetime — a one-time purchase, $69.99. It is not a subscription: no renewal, ever.

Annual and Monthly start with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, one trial per Apple Account. When the 7 days end, the plan you chose begins and its full price is charged — $39.99 for Annual, $6.99 for Monthly — unless you cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ended. Cancel in time and you pay nothing.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account, by Apple: when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• Annual and Monthly renew automatically, for the same length at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the new period starts.
• Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Prices are in US dollars, may vary by region, and are confirmed at checkout.

Refunds go through Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue refunds ourselves because we never touch your payment.

Morning Vow is a habit tool, not a safety system. Alarm delivery depends on your iPhone’s settings and on iOS itself — keep the app installed, don’t lock or hide it, and don’t rely on any single alarm for a wake-up you cannot afford to miss. The app is provided as-is, without warranties beyond what the law requires.

Your affirmations are yours and stay on your phone. We claim no rights over anything you write in the app, and we never receive it. What the app does send, how long it is kept and how to ask for deletion are in the privacy policy.

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes will be called out in plain language at the top.
